Born in London to Jamaican parents. He spent most of his early life growing up on that sun soaked island and found his purpose from the moment he picked up the guitar at 18, his ears weren’t just open; they were portals to his soul, soaking up every sonic morsel from blues wailing to hip-hop grooves, soulful R&B whispers to smooth jazzy improvisation.

But like a seasoned alchemist, Kevanie doesn’t just collect sounds; he transmutes them, forging something wholly his own. Pulling together strong musical influences from guitar maestros such as; BB King, Jimi Hendrix & John Mayer, just to name a few.

Each note Kevanie plays is a conversation, a back-and-forth between his guitar strings and your heart strings, as his fingers dance across the fretboard creating bittersweet harmonies.
